- INTERNATIONAL: ~4 – 15 days.
- Where is my tracking number?
- You will automatically receive your tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.
- The tracking number shows delivered but I did not receive the item. What do I do?
- Please contact us immediately using the chat bot located on the bottom right of the website. We take this issue seriously and will be investigating with the shipping carrier.
- What’s your return policy?
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are only available for damaged or defective items. If the item is damaged by the customer, we are not able to accept the return. Returns are free of charge.
